We don't load our cookies with preservatives, but we do individually heat seal them to ensure they are good for up to two weeks. For that right out of the oven experience, warm in the microwave for a few seconds or in the oven at 350 degrees F for 2 to 3 minutes or until warm.

To preserve their freshness, if you don't think you'll consume some of your cookies within two weeks Chef Whitney recommends freezing them in their package or placed in a freezer zip top bag. They'll stay good for up to 4 months and when you're ready to enjoy them, just allow the cookies to thaw and then warm in the microwave for a few seconds or a 350 degrees F oven for about 2 to 3 minutes or until warm.

We ship orders Monday through Friday but we always attempt to maximize freshness and reduce the amount of time they may sit with the shipping carrier! We ship via UPS or USPS Priority for delivery usually within 2 to 3 days.

All of our cookies are individually packaged, sealed, labeled, and boxed with crinkle paper and bubble wrap for protection.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Vegan Cookie is the Best Cookie Ever

Found their vegan chocolate chip cookie at E+ROSE in downtown Nashville. Once I tasted it, I automatically fell in love. I’m convinced their vegan chocolate chip cookies are the best cookies (vegan or not) I’ve ever had in my life. They offer nationwide shipping, so I’ve been sending my friends cookies as gifts, and they also agree. Best cookie ever. Hoping they consider adding additional vegan flavors soon.

Was my favorite cookie. Ordered 2 dozen vegan chocolate chip for delivery. They don't taste like they did a few months ago. They arrived melted, maybe that affected flavour. Will think twice before ordering again.
