Shipping policy

After your cookies are baked, we package them up beautifully and ship them (insured) via UPS or USPS Priority Mail. Cookies are normally delivered within two to three days, though carrier delays (while rare) are possible and outside of our control.

If you have an issue with delivery or your cookies arrive in poor condition, please reach out to us at hello@whitneyscookies.co and we will do everything we can to assist!

Please note, our free shipping offer cannot be combined with any other discount codes at this time. If your cart qualifies for free shipping, adding a discount code will remove the free shipping and you will be charged for shipping.
