We don't load our cookies with preservatives, but we do individually heat seal them to ensure they are good for up to two weeks. For that right out of the oven experience, warm in the microwave for a few seconds or in the oven at 350 degrees F for 2 to 3 minutes or until warm.

To preserve their freshness, if you don't think you'll consume some of your cookies within two weeks Chef Whitney recommends freezing them in their package or placed in a freezer zip top bag. They'll stay good for up to 4 months and when you're ready to enjoy them, just allow the cookies to thaw and then warm in the microwave for a few seconds or a 350 degrees F oven for about 2 to 3 minutes or until warm.

We ship orders Monday through Friday but we always attempt to maximize freshness and reduce the amount of time they may sit with the shipping carrier! We ship via UPS or USPS Priority for delivery usually within 2 to 3 days.

All of our cookies are individually packaged, sealed, labeled, and boxed with crinkle paper and bubble wrap for protection.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Did Not Meet Expectations

This is not for public posting. These particular cookies were not as described. I ordered six cookies and not a single one had any chocolate or peanut butter cup pieces. My family ate the cookies as they were fine but I would give them 3.5 stars as peanut butter cookies. I give two stars because of the absence of peanut butter cups or chocolate. Very disappointing, the other cookies were 5 star.

Peanut butter cup cookie

This was my first order so i wasnt sure what to expect. But these cookies are amazing. When warmed up its like they just came straight out of the bakery. The price point makes complete sense especially once you see how big these cookies are. For size reference imagine the grandmas cookies from the store but much thicker and a little bigger around. I will and have recommended these to friends already.
